About the Project
The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino was undergoing a substantial expansion initiative aimed at elevating the guest experience to unprecedented levels of luxury and comprehensiveness. By introducing a myriad of new amenities and attractions, the property was poised to redefine the hospitality landscape. A key component of this transformative project was the development of a more enriching and immersive environment for visitors. In line with this vision, the integration of watersport rentals, such as stand-up paddleboards and kayaks, within the expansive 4.5-acre lagoon emerged as a natural complement to the overall enhancement of the resort’s offerings.

About the Solution
The property boasts a comprehensive dock system designed with both sustainability and functionality in mind. The centerpiece is a 6′ x 56′ floating dock, equipped with six 4′ x 15′ fingers to accommodate multiple water sport vessels simultaneously. An aluminum gangway provides safe and easy access to the dock, complemented by aluminum S cleats.
Constructed from eco-friendly materials, the floating docks and gangway are meticulously engineered to perfectly suit the hotel’s specific needs, from dimensions and configuration to overall performance. The docks are exceptionally stable and buoyant, creating a secure platform for guests to enjoy the water. Non-slip surfaces have been incorporated throughout for added safety and peace of mind.
