New Floating Docks Unveiled at Fort Lauderdale Yachting Center
Marina Bay Yachting Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida has upgraded four new floating docks, each of which can accommodate vessels up to 150 feet.
The new floating docks were manufactured by Florida’s own AccuDock. Each dock is 170 feet in length, comprised of aluminum finished with PVC Wolf decking, and equipped with custom built chain brackets for anchoring purposes due to the deep water of the Marina Bay basin.
Keeping It Local
“These are locally manufactured, high-quality docks that we believe our valuable customers deserve,” said John Connor, Marina Bay Yachting Center’s General Manager. “Each will offer expanded electrical service capable of handling all large yachts including European electrical systems, single or dual 50 amp, single or dual 100 amp single phase (240 volt), and single or dual 100 amp three-phase (480 volt).”
“AccuDock was excited to be a part of such a large dock project right in our backyard. It was a pleasure working with John Connor and his crew, all of whom are extremely knowledgeable in the marina business. Successfully completing a project of this size and nature proves AccuDock belongs in discussions for new docks at any marina,” said Jason Harrison, Owner, AccuDock.
